Keep in mind that if you eat anything on diet day, it could trigger your appetite and cause you to start eating. before snack time. If you get really hungry on diet-day, hold out as long as you can and stay busy. Usually the hunger will pass after a while. If necessary, have a cup of soup with bread in the afternoon and try to hold out the rest of the day without eating. Also, if you cannot hold out until the next morning because of your habitual appetite, have light snacks such as a green salad or vegetables and cheese. Your late night snack may include boiled eggs and nuts instead of junk food. In every case, try to keep the calorie count below 600 on diet-day.
